Overview
The EKOMILK-AMP MINI-LAB is a fully automated system for smart farming, animal health monitoring, and high- quality milk production. It delivers fast and reliable Somatic Cell Count (SCC) and milk parameter analysis at approximately €0.03 per test in just one minute, processing up to 25,000 samples per year.
The MINI-LAB includes:
- Ekomilk Horizon UNLIMITED: A hybrid milk analyzer using ultrasonic and viscosity methods for precise SCC and milk parameter measurement, equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity, a built-in printer, and remote data transfer.
- Ekomilk-AMPl Sample Feeder: Automates milk sampling, handling up to 49 samples per tray for high- volume efficiency.
Test results are seamlessly transferred to the Animal Monitoring Platform (AMP) for real-time visualization, monitoring, and analysis. AMP’s advanced notification system ensures timely feedback and instrument alerts on any device, supporting smooth, reliable, and cost-effective operations.
