The Seller ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding the days declared as public holidays and holidays in the Republic of Bulgaria, for which the Seller informs the customers of the relevant message in the e-Commerce.
Each order made in e-Commerce at www.EkomilkHorizon.com is confirmed by us with an e-mail.
The products in stock are delivered within 15 business days after payment.
The delivery time depends on the place of delivery which is the delivery address specified by a Customer in an order form. The e-Commerce does not guarantee delivery dates for any shipments.
Shipping cost depends on the total weight of the ordered goods, export customs clearance, insurance of the goods and on the country of delivery.
After shipping the order you will receive a tracking number. It can be checked on the carrier’s site http://www.dhl.com/en.html
